I got this in a drop from Utgarde Pinnacle, and gone straight in the AH for a very high price, and considering how much the gem is going for it wouldn't suprise me if I manage to sell this pretty quickly! The gems on my server are going for 100g a pop, so you could probably get a lot more than the Buyout price suggested on here.
