Appears to be a temporary place holder. They have nerfed the stats on a lot of items, possibly to hide the real value until release, or because they are still perfecting it.

Edit: Well, it's been a month and a half, and only added spell stats (crit, mp5, spell power). Still haven't finished it yet.

Absolutely horrid boots for a Holy Paladin. There's no avenue for debate here at all.

If you are a fresh face to the class or to level 80: avoid anything without intellect at all costs. Intellect is your lord and savior.

Going from that blue ilvl 175 to this purple ilvl 200, you:
-lose a whole bunch of stamina, gain just a little armor, but still, for a PVE healer like me, not stats I care about
-gain 18 mp5, which as a holy pally isn't a stat I'm pursuing (crit, haste, and especially int are much better in my experience)
-gain 3 crit rating --negligible
-gain 46 spellpower --nice
-lose 46 intellect --awful!

I just had these made, then when I went to equip them instead of https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=43176, I realized they were actually worse! I had just wasted a frozen orb and 3 titansteels (roughly 800g in mats). Man did I feel dumb. Thank god I didn't equip 'em, maybe someone on the AH will be as dumb as I almost was.

These treads, given their cost and itemlevel, are absolutely a terrible value. Not sure how quest blues beat them, either mp5 takes up a ton of the item budget or this was misbudgeted. Either way, they suck.

Don't make the same mistake I did!

WTB Raw stats and maybe a socket. Does anyone know if it is still unfinished like many other items in WotLK? If so, I hope these get buffed. Adding on to this, they didnt even get touched so you are better off wearing https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=43469 (Revenant's Treads) I know, there Elemental Shaman boots but u get more mana and stam as well as well needed haste for Flash of Light. But then again Haste isn't hard to come by as almost all WotLK gear is haste heavy.

I've been wearing these since just dinging 80 as they were contributed by a Blacksmith friend and I didn't know much better. Since I haven't seen anything else better drop since, I'm now pursing the easily acquirable (15 WG Marks of Honor) Titanforged Greaves of Salvation to hold me over. Even with the +resilience, the bonuses to base stats and additional yellow socket make them worth it for me.
