(20 * 15 = 300)

~3.75 mp5 with 100% Replenishment
(300 * 0.0025 = 0.75)
(0.75 * 5 = 3.75)

~6.25 mp5 with Divine Plea on cooldown

(300 * 0.25 = 75)
(75 / 60 = 1.25)
(1.25 * 5 = 6.25)

~0.12% chance to crit with spells
(I'm not going to attempt to model the mana/healing returns here, but suffice it to say the competing spell crit rating gem gives ~0.34% chance to crit with spells)

4 spell power (Holy Guidance)

effectively throttling mp5 gems for Paladins in most raid settings.
