is it just me or is it a bit strange that it comes out short of the drake mounted X-bow? The big difference in crit for me as a BM does make the X-bwo far superior to this bow with stam and haste instead of the crit. I find it strange considering the difficulty levels compared in this matter being UK HC and Naxxramas.

Maybe you MM/SV hunters can make a better use of this bow?

Since I'm allready safe and sound above 9% hit without using gems providing it and considering that I am as stated above, Beast master hence no use of haste I'd still say the crossbow comes more in handy for me. And to get back to my main point, of it beeing so comparable yet so much easier to obtain is just strange imo.
Passed the bow to a warrior the other day.

Wrong...the conversion rate at level 80 is 32.78998947 hit rating to 1% to hit.
Level 83 boss mobs require 9% hit for us to not miss.

im 228 hit rating and i have 3 in focused aim i did an experiment and i missed kel and sapph maybe 2 times the whole fight on auto shots im like 8.20% or something w/o focused aim

no hit sockets but 1 with + 8 hit not a big deal

Especially with bows now being shown on your back as a Hunter in MoP, it's now more 'important' than ever to have an awesome bow/gun/x-bow to show off. IMO this is one of the better looking bow models, is easy to farm, and goes very well with the Valorous Cryptstalker set. Best of luck to those looking to get it!
