Couldn't this item also be considered better than the Shawl of Shifting Probabilities for pve even with the resilience? (22 crit, 21 dmg) Many resilience items can be use for pve (vindicator's bracers and neckpieces are great for mages/locks/spriests until t6), so just because there is resilience on it doesn't mean its strictly for pvp. For mages and destro warlocks (and shamans? whatever classes benefit a lot from haste) haste is a very important stat, as it increases your dps by about 1% per ~17 haste (can't remember the exact number). And with haste affecting the global cooldown in the next patch, this is an important stat to consider.

Overall stat loss/gain:
+16 stam, -3 int
+6 dmg
+16 haste
-22 crit.

Though that crit loss might make some people crap themselves, remember that according to many to all talent and stat calculations done for relative dps value comparison, the heirarchy is:
hit until capped>haste>dmg>crit.

This is assuming you ARE hit capped and don't need to swap the crit for hit on the prince cloak.
This is also assuming you don't have access to the cloak from ZA/it hasn't dropped for you yet (which is my case, grr).

So the haste gain (and minor dmg gain) outweighs the crit loss, right?

To anyone hoping that this cloak would look like Season 3 gear so that you end up with a badass-looking, matching set - guess again. It looks just like the Cloak of Subjugated Power.

I'm wondering if there's going to be a version of these cloaks of subjugated power/arcane alacrity (i.e. PvP capes bought w/ PvE badges) for season 4. If anyone finds out please tell me, 60 badges takes forever for a PvPer who's anti-PvE and doesn't play extremely often (me!).

I'm not sure why a warlock would choose Cloak of Subjugated power over this in season 4, with the guardian's ring giving you spell haste. The crit on CoSP is useless, while the haste on this adds another 1% to your spell haste.
