Got one yesterday doing the new quests in Netherstorm.

Mine had 'of the sorcerer' on it. So the blank stats are probably filled in with a random 'of the XXXXX'.

+20 Spell Damage and Healing
requires Level 70

Perhaps it is a class item? Perhaps the suffix that drops is dependent on your class.

yeh its just random wat the stats r i got of healing which has +39 healing. The one of the sorcerer would be really nice for an affliction lock with the high stam and spell dmge one of the best blue off hands in game imo

just had one of thes 'of the invoker' drop off the same guy from an etherium prison..

+17int, +20 spell damage, +17 spell crit
