Actually it totally depends on what you are going for which is better, this or Thrallmar/Honor Hold rep reward. If you are lacking spirit and you are spirit build then this would definately be better imo. If you are not spirit build then the Thrallmar/Honor Hold ring is better. After the next patch, spirit build is going to get a lot of love, so this ring will be getting a sort of buff.

This ring is sick

Currently, its better than the one that prince drops. It has more heal, and although it lacks mana/5 it has spirit.

I specced into the spirit buff, and I have a fair amount to help me with mana regen, so I love this ring to death.

Excuse me if I sound like a @#$%^& saying this, but after 2.3 it's now Unique-Equipped. I don't understand why Blizzard would do this, because you can only do the quest once and thus only get the ring once. Either I am missing something, or Blizzard made a mistake. Nevertheless, it's only a trivial one.
