There's a nice medium size lava lake SW from Warden's Cage at about 57,52 with 10-15 of the Greater lizards that drop the Gizzard.

I can confirm that it drops from any greater and not just the ones around the hand of Gul'dan. I got mine from the greaters around the alter of shadows when I was doing some of the Gorefiend quests.

I believe drops for good loot work on a timer....you'll get nothing for a long time, then, suddenly, good drops(including blue sometimes), come 2 and 3 in a row...keep that in mind when you are farming things like motes and such. Hope this helps!

I got it on my 3rd kill at 60.41 ish east of guldons hand by a bridge near black temple.

Yes, the drop rate shows in the low single digits, but it really isn't that bad. Keep in mind that as a quest item, this is only going to drop for those actually on the quest. It only took me 6 kills to get an easy 12k xp reward :)

u just have to kill Greater Felfire Diemetradon not Felfire Diemetradon just look in the smal tunnels how go off world

I hate the drop rate but it helps you to level.. It is great if u are 68 or 69 grinding...

Like someone already said above the quest item is dropped by Greater Diemetradons.
There's whole lake of them at 58, 53 (on the world map right on the word "Warden" in "Warden's Cage".
Got mine off the first beast.

There is a river area over by 62, 39. Maybe I was just lucky, but I got mine on the second kill on that river. I had probably killed 20 of the greater diametradon's before that in other places on the map.

im at the river between coilskar point and coilskar cistern killing GREATER diematradons(lv 68-69 and they have a fireball for around 800 damage) and it still takes forever to drop. ive killed about 20 at this point

well, i don't have it yet.

it was waaaay quick on my mage and warrior, but my rogue is taking a while.

i think by the end of it i'll have enough Enormous Molars to make a small house.
