You'll have to keep in mind though that at level 70 12 hit rating and 16 crit rating is not 1% to hit and 1% to crit like Band of Unnatural Forces gave at 60.

It's around 0.76% to hit and 0.72% to crit on this one

Good ring but nothing too spectacular, I'd rather farm Ring of a Thousand Marks (https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=28757#z0z)

Getting buffed in 2.1. New stats will be:

Equip: Improves hit rating by 15. (+3)
Equip: Improves critical strike rating by 19. (+3)
Equip: Increases attack power by 62. (+6)

If you're not running Karazhan, this will be the third epic-level DPS ring that doesn't require raiding, and it's probably the best of the bunch. Pair it with one of these:

https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=31920 (Heroic Mana Tombs event)
(there is also the Arathi Warlords ring from badges but you should be using the blue AP/Agi/Hit quest rings or the normal Sethekk Halls one over that)

Even if Karazhan is in your near future, I would save your money. Thousand Marks has somewhat less AP, but more hit, crit, and a generous amount of Stamina. Shadowpanther (though not the be-all end-all) rates it at least equal to this ring, and you might pick up Garona's along the way :)

Actually, I would prefer this, Aggressor's Mark of the Sha'Tar https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=31381 to this particular ring just because my hit rating is capped, well for my purposes, and the extra crit is nice. You decide

All powerful equip effect, like the Ring of Flowing Light that also drops off Kazzak. Although this ring would have a lot more classes clamoring over, because this appeals to anyone that deals physical damage.

my Guild has killed this boss 1 time, all i can tell you is dont even dream of getting this item, most of high end guilds kill him as soon as he respawns, if you want to kill him, you must have a pretty well geard guild, a lot of healers, and a guild master that tells you exactly what to do. we killed it on the 2nd try (our GM is pretty good, he told us exactly what to do)
