this belt is provided in the warlock tier5 chest for BT testing on the 2.1.0 PTR
also it matches the tier5 color scheme/pattern

This is better than both spellfire and girdle of rumination. However if it breaks your spellfire set bonus it is actually less DPS than spellfire until you have T5 chest+head+shoudlers+legs for the 4-piece bonus. So if you really want to maximize yourself I'd pick it up and stick stamina gems in it for stamina intensive fights until I had those T5 pieces.

It is an upgrade for Girdle of Ruination and Belt of Divine Inspiration, awesome thing for affliction locks and shadow priests cuz of combination of high damage, nice stats and spell hit

Provided you value stats over critical strike rating, this belt even outstrips belt of blasting fairly cleanly. As an affliction warlock with low-ish stats from crafted epics, I know I would take this any day over belt of blasting.

This thing is just screaming Shadow Priest to me.

It has the Shadow Priest holy trinity, Int, Stam, and Spell Damage. All 3 of which are desired by raiding shadow priests. Crit is irrelevant, crit don't affect D.O.T.s and channeled spells.

I swiped this piece in a raid the other day and shoved two Steady Talasites in it for pvp to hold me over until I get my Vindicator's belt.

The +hit is Lol-worthy, but I guess I can skip out on Arcane Focus for now ;)

This belt beats the kara belts and Maulgar's belt by far. While some might want to make the Belt of Blasting, the extra stats on this make me happy :). Add two crit gems (if crit matters to your class/build) and you have a finely balanced belt in all categories. If you care nothing about crit: hit gems. If you're already hit capped: spell power to the rescue. All I can say is, what a fantastic piece of caster loot.

Oh, btw, this belt matches the warlock t5 in looks. I'm sure many of you have discovered, even though the tiered gear are now only 5 piece, there are filler items like these that actually match the looks of the teired gear, making them look like 8 piece sets again :).

As shadow priest is this just perfect. Hit instet of crit nice. Just 9 dmg (https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=24030/明亮的生命紅寶石) in and own.
Tho for shadow priest to this belt owns "Girdle of Ruination" (https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=24256/禍根束腰) and "Belt of Blasting" (https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=30038/衝擊腰帶) thought that shadow priest only got to crit appel magic that both got cd (mind blast and shadow word: death)
And last note to "xRicexCakex" that i would say that the gruul belt "Belt of Divine Inspiration" (https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=28799/神聖鼓舞腰帶) is better then the Moros belt "Nethershard Girdle" (https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=28565/虛空裂片束腰.
So as i see it for shadow priest (and affly lock).

AS a frost mage whos guild is close to killing this boss I say this is about as good as I can get. Right now I am using the pvp belt, so i lose a little stam but with the hit and gems i should be at hit cap and gain about 20 more damage. Nice for anyclass that needs hit but I love the hit cause there are no partal resists for frost mages

Really great belt for raiding. Good stats, good spell, 2 sockets damage and 2% hit without any hit gems. That's awesome.

You have to be an idiot to think the "Girdle of Ruination" is better then this for a shadowpriest or any lock. I know for a fact that none of you have your spell hit maxed if you're only on the lurker of SSC. The only possible way you could manage that is +8 spell hit gems in every socket you have and the scryer trinket. There just isn't enough gear for you to reach that before late SSC/TK and BT/Hyjal.

If you were to put 2 +8 spell hit gems in this item, you have 40 spell hit rating in a belt. 40/202 isn't bad. This is a must have for all you casters not at 202 hit rating.
