This mantle is a quest reward, so blabla about the Mage / Lock prio.. just typical.

It'll be upgrading my Mantle of the Blackwing Cabal (oh and, I'm a Priest QQ). I only hope it looks decent enough...

It's most likely from the "Goliathon, King of the Colossi" group quest, though it's also linked to the "Natural Remedies" quest on Thottbot Beta. Someone should confirm from which one it is.

Mantle of Magical Might https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=25718/魔法勢力披肩 is much better, and easier to get, imo. Getting a group for ramparts instead of for an elite quest chain, not to mention getting a ramps run by itself can mean cool loot.

Good shoulders to have and easy to get, only replaced these the other day with some even better 70 shoulders from Black Morass (boss drop)So all in all I used these for about 4-5 lvls which aint bad usage.
