Sadly, this is one of the best pre-raiding wrist items for priests in the expansion, even coming from a level-65 quest. A lot of level 70 priests are either using Trans bracers (if they had them), or these Goldenvine Wraps. There just isn't much else out there that's better.

Just some advice, if you're considering enchanting them. Yeah it seems like you'd replace them quickly and not want to waste the enchant... but you won't. You will keep these bracers for a long time. For comparison purposes, here are the 2 epics that would be next in line for upgrading the Goldenvine Wraps:

Bands of Indwelling, from Maiden of Virtue (Karazhan)
Bands of the Benevolent, from Talon King Ikiss (Heroic Sethekk Halls)

Just to let you know, the green "of the physician bracers" are also better. I am currently using Shadow Council Bracer of the Physician, which is a lvl 67 green and the stats are 24 sta 15 int and 33 healing. IMO they are better than these as well. Lucky me got them on a shadow lab run :)

an important stat in tbc is the stamina.these little buggers have a lot of stamina so i would recomand using them if you have prebc gear.trans is 33 healing these are 29.4 healing.but the stamina increase is ok.would go for these over trans and would keep them untill the epic ones.

It may be worth it to check out Veteran's Mooncloth Cuffs since they are great healing bracers even in PVE, at least pre-kara.

Veteran's Mooncloth Cuffs has the following differences with Goldenvine Wraps (assuming you use a Sparkling Star of Elune): +12 Sta, +3 Int, -5 Spi & +17 Healing.
