Sadly, there is no identical model to these shoulders available in cloth. Nor even similar. If you're looking to assemble something that looks like the old Glacial set, the (poor) substitute you'll have to use is the Pauldrons of Sufferance from Epoch Hunter in Old Hillsbrad Foothills (normal only). It doesn't look right, but there is a major dearth of light blue cloth shoulders. It's the only set that even looks vaguely right with it.

so a level 19 rouge twink can have this i mean it is for level 1 and up and it can drop so it shoud be abel to wear for a 1-70

a twink needs to be able to get into naxx to get it... and a twink needs to be attuned with naxx to get into naxx... look at the lvl req for naxx

First of all, if thy are going to farm it for their alts, they need to have the alt in the raid, and INSIDE Naxxramass. and to get inside Naxx, u need to be ATTUNED! and u cant get attuned unless you do the quest. A quest in which u CAN NOT get at that low of a level. and only attainable when you are REVERED. Noobs!

It looks like anyone could use these. If so, expect to see elite guilds farming them for their alts to use in 10-19 WSG when world PvP comes out. You might think that Blizzard would patch it and set a level requirement, but they never have done anything about the fisherman's hat and boots that you can twink with if you try hard. So I personally am working on getting this for my twinks :)

The following quests can be picked up from 工匠維爾海姆 at the Light's Hope Chapel in the 東瘟疫之地 by completing 歐瑪利安之手冊 which you get from 工匠大師歐瑪利安.
He's trapped in a cage in the first room of trash in the Deathknight Wing inside 納克薩瑪斯.
With a skill of 300 and high enough reputation, you will be able to choose from a total of 13 different patterns depending on your professions: 裁縫 (4), 製皮 (6) or 鍛造 (3).

(Patterns actually doesn't exists, all of them are taught by 工匠大師歐瑪利安 in 納克薩瑪斯.)
