Very nice cloak for the lvl, although with the "Easier" pvp lvling system for lower lvls, you may just want to wait for the sergeant cloak.

Why does everyone say an item is for a hunter, im not mad or anything, i've just seen it on every item in Thottbot. I dont get the joke and i'd like to know where it came from

There are no longer rep requirements on pvp items, it's all about MoH and Honor points. But also in actual pvp plz realize that at low levels MoH>regular honor points so grab their flag and no gy farming

oki basicaly m8 if u read the cloaks stats it says "healins spells and affects" bandage is an ablitiy not a spell or affect so no it does not benafit everyone.

Im A 19 Twink Hunter And Im Using Hide Of Lupos.
Im Not Sure What Cloak To Use! A Couple People Said Get This Caretaker's Cape But I Dont Think 3 Spell Damage Is Worth It!
How Much Extra Damage To My Arcane Shot Does +3 SP Do?

dunno, but it is definately worth getting for casters and healers, as it is easy to get, and offers spell damage.

if you're not willing to pay a bazillion gold on sentry cloak, then get this hunters!

this is pretty good but it is very long process to get this and the other weps, armor and for good twinks the good pvp stuff from the champs hall
