A:PPL who say "hunter weapon" are not hunters.
B: even if they are hunters, any guild who is leet enough to pwn BWL has rules and a dkp system.

if you respond to them with say
" omg wtf are u talking about u neewb this has (insert class name that any intelegent person knows that the item was made for)writen all over it. lemme do the math for you (insert cut and paste statistics from class fourms). cleary any hunter who would roll on this deserves to be shot in the head"

Great for a druid to flag carry in mid field. A druids biggest weakness is fear. This will help prevent that. Ownage.

Any real druid or rogue would never actually wear this, the stats are horrid and they do not require Shadow Resistance for any fight.

Now, that said, I main tank Ebonroc with this on, because SR is very very important for that fight on the tank, and giving up AC is irrelevant because it still has high stamina.

Either way you roll it, the only good thing about this BP is the Shadow resist. 28 attack power is weak. And stam for a DPS class is only a 2ndary stat.

This is clearly geared more toward a rogue...though a druid may be inclined to use it.

My assumption is that there is a need for high SR for a fight that has requirements similar to Rag.

This is more rogue gear because
1 Leather item...mainly druid/rogue, though with a need for high SR somewhere i coul forsee a hunter or shaman using it.
2 Attack power...anywhere a druid uses attack power is when he is either messing around or soloing. He is not in a raid group. No use for melee...he heals, period.

Ok message to all you people *!@#$ing at the "hunter loot, definately" posts:
Saying an item is "hunter loot" on something that is clearly not, is usually a way of mocking hunters because many people believe that hunters ninja everything.

So really the bottom line is that Shamans OWN hunters and everything else too. ....Maybe not dirty rouges....vanishing, then hitting us for like 2k is cheating.

No offense, but if this was good for a hunter, it would have Agility, not just stamina, and would be mail, not leather. This is yet another Druid/Rogue category item (although rogues would want Agility, too)

Ok last time i checked hunters can wear leather an mail and even cloth. As can shamans. now if a hunter wants the stam and the AP then why shoudln't he be able to roll on a greed roll or in dkp. If i found a cloth piece that i would wear on my sham and it was a greed roll I might jsut roll for it.

I’m sure this would be a great piece for a Feral Druid Bear Tank to have more viability main tanking Nefarion. Shadowflame hits very hard and it’s straight shadow damage, and a higher shadow resistance likely gives you greater chance at resisting the Bellowing Roar fear.

There are a few Tier pieces and random offset pieces that contain a bit of SR that could be suited to sub in and with a few buffs the number can add up fast. Worth trying if you have the gear!

Obviously not ideal, but not all raid groups have a Warrior equipped and willing to tank Nefarion.
