Not a bad weapon, but by the time you can get it, you can get (much) better weapons.
It looks rather nice though. The proc doesn't stack, and the weapon procs about once every two fights (well, it did for me anyways).

You need to be lvl 54 to start, so if you really want it, I suggest getting some higher level player (or a good player with the same level as you) to help you out.

id like to add that this is the ONLY weapon attainable at lv 54 that has an item lv of 60, allowing it to be enchanted with the deathfrost enchant.

yeah the sword looks cool but its not very good for a high lvl, hanzo or something fast is definently better, i tried both and am sticking with my hanzo, too much time of not doing anything with that sword with the speed of 2.00 when hanzo is 1.50...

going up the ramp you will find scouts , if you can go by them fine if not you'll have to fight them along with help they run for, once you get up to top go to the left, avoid the cemetary clean out any enemies that are close, stay on the upper portion and wait,draw any targets up to you to get them out of the way, wait for hameya to come back, same thing draw him to get key then mount and leave.

its not a lvl 60 sword thats the item lvl, but what is the actual lvl to start the quest and if 40 or lower is it any better than a pvp sword i can get?

The quest for getting the sword is obtained at 54.
So you cant get it before 54.

this sword blows... no stats and low dps for the lvl

Looks cool but that's about it. Terrible chance on hit, 80 damage over 30 sec is so useless. Haven't seen it proc once, maybe my Rend/Deep Wounds is too strong for it to proc. However just vendor it.
