I can't 100% confirm it no longer drops, but I had farmed it for days and have not gotten it, and before 4.3 I could get it every 2-4 kills. So chances are, it does not still drop. Have killed him about 25-30 times total. The GM who said it still drops... well, considering the knowledge of GMs I find it more likely he just told you that thinking you are just complaining about bad luck. Typically that is the case when someone complains about a drop - it still drops they just haven't gotten it. In this case, I really doubt it.

I do have one of these that isn't soulbound yet, and don't think I'll let it go cheap...

Spoke with a GM yesterday who confirmed the item does in fact still drop in 4.3.
It has a very low drop rate so it may take a very long time to get. I've been farming this for several days myself.

Also, I've found the respawn timer for Gibblewilt is not 1.5 - 2.5 hrs as stated on wowwiki and wowpedia.
The respawn timer is every 30-35 mins. Hope this helps. Happy farming!

I killed him 110 times and did not see the forman vest or pants. Talked to a GM who said the item is in the game (but he didn't actually say that Gibblewilt drops it).

The wowhead statistics of a 1% drop rate make me wonder if we are just seeing pre-cata data being mixed with new data where it never drops. Does the wowhead client distinguish the level 11 and the new level 4 version of Gibblewilt?

I think it's gone.

It's annoying how there are so many cloth items with the same model used over and over again for many different armour sets whilst some, like this, go pretty much unused. I mean, it looks good. And no-one wants to wear the same armour over and over.. so why?

been looking for it for my Warlock... tried 12 times so far and still no luck. Wish I could get some confirmation that it no longer exists, cause if it does it isn't droping for me at all!

It sucks if this vest have been removed from the game... Would have been perfect for my low level mage transmog. (Im willing to buy it on Dragonblight EU, horde or alliance if someone got one unusued)
Although there is one vest that i think resembles this one a little bit, and that is the Resilient Tunic. At least on males. 彈力外套#. (and then view in 3D)

Well 2014 still no sign of vest dropping. anyone think it may drop off a different foreman now.

For those still looking in patch 5.4.8 this is an updated reply from a GM ticket about the vest and legs:

"So, the issue here man, is when it comes to what is and isn't in game, we as GMs aren't allowed to give confirmed yes or no's on anything in the game, to keep the 'mystery' of the game. I'll say this, the two items themselves do still drop in the game. But do remember that when Gibblewilt dropped the items orginally, he was level 11, not level 4. So I can't confirm if he does or doesn't anymore, but it's an idea to think on."

So reading between the lines it's unlikely that Gibblewilt still drops the items however, some lv11 and most likely a rare must drop them now instead. Or at least a rare around that level range.

I will start searching for those rares and if i find anything I'll update the info here.
