This is the final boss in the Mogu'Shan Vaults raid instance. Killing this on Heroic awards the title "Delver of the Vaults"

As always, to pull heroic last boss you need to clear entire instance in heroic mode, otherwise you will see broken control panel which won't start the encounter

You do need to clear all the bosses beforehand to kill this encounter on Heroic Mode, but the fight does not start with the control panel, but instead starts by hitting the pipes at the sides of the room, for 10man we have to hit 4 to start the fight.
