The easiest way to do this is to get the boss to extremely low HP (less than 10%). Have one person assigned to click the crystals, and make sure when the add phase occurs that his add is killed first, so he can run around without risking death. Click all four crystals, and then make sure your party kills any remaining adds before the phase ends, or the Sha will heal a lot.

Each crystal puts a debuff on your raid and does damage. The debuff increases damage taken by 25% per stack, so you take 100% extra damage with 4 stacks.

I have a nice tactic if u have 2 dks on your group.

DPS down the boss to 10% and when he summon the 5 illusions spread your party in 2 groups (one in each side of the room).

Then, dps down 4 illusions, maintain one alive and use the two anti-magic zone from your dks on the 2 groups... then, pick all 4 seeds, kill the last ilussion and kill the boss.

Nobody mentioned yet, but the Seeds of Doubt are four clickable crystals that are present in the four corners of the room, but only during the add phases.

I managed to solo this after figuring it out during the fight and not telling the group.. stood in one corner, stop DPS so we get a third add phase just before the boss dies, then Sprint like mad to get all 4 (using healing pot / self-healing to stay alive).

Didn't risk Cloak of Shadows - would be horrible if it removed the debuff! I will test this next time.

To see the positions have a look at the object giving the debuff. Remember it can only be seen in the adds phase.

As a Holy Paladin I did this without telling the group. Went into add phase at 4.6% left on Sha and immediately clicked two of the crystals. I topped up the group, blew my CD's, then grabbed the other two crystals. The group downed the adds and then the Sha without any problem. Holy Shock and Flash of Light took care of the healing without much issue.

Method I used was
1. Nuke boss
2. Ignore crystals on first add phase
3. Slow dps at 20%
4. Stop dps at 10% (which corresponded perfectly with second add phase for us)
5. Have one person kill their ghost and pop all 4 for the group (this gives them time to kill their ghosts)
6. Finish boss.

This was with a LFD group, barely any consideration needed if done properly so most groups wouldn't mind taking an extra 12~ seconds to down a boss. Thanks to the slow on dps, the boss was dead like 3 seconds after add phase ended. 50 seconds left on seeds of doubt.

Guys don't be scared at trying this!

Method:
1. Didn't tell anyone...
2. Waited until Sha of Doubt had 2.5M health left.
3. Grabbed 3 Crystals and waited for Healer to heal back the damage.. she didn't so I just grabbed the 4th and crossed fingers.
4. Popped absolutely everything, heals, pots, everything to stay alive as a tank.
5. Sha dropped dead and 5/5 got the achievement.

Big explanation:
I just did this with a PuG without informing them at all. When I pulled the 'Sha of Doubt' the stupid priest had decided to afk. So we did it with 3 dps and a pretty mediocre healer. Of course we waited until the boss had only 2.5M health. I gave the healer a bit of time to try and heal all of us before I grabbed the last 'Seed/Crystal' but she didn't heal any of us at all... so I just grabbed it. Put us all on about 25% hp and she popped 'Revive' or whatever it is that a Monk's ultimate healing thing is. The one that heals the entire group to full but has a huge cooldown. Anyway after that we killed the Sha of Doubt pretty quickly. As a Monk tank I just popped everything and used my tiger to Taunt the boss for a moment whilst I healed myself because the healer was kind of bad. Just take care of yourself (if you're the tank) and you'll be fine. If you're the healer, make sure you do your job and heal everyone. Pop an AoE heal etc. if you're a dps. Just pray that everyone else is expecting the damage. If you wipe, simply try again, chances are people won't think it would have been any different from doing the boss normally... Now I just have to do ' Cleaning up ' with a proper party and that serpent is mine!

Easy to solo as a midgeared warlock, choose grimoire of supremacy + soul leech + soul link, put up demonic circle in a corner, portal across the room, and stand in the third corner, dps till the 1st add phase, kill your add, dps again, on the 2nd add phase get all the crystals, you can easily kite the add with the portals, then kill add, kill boss, profit.
