Dps the boss down to 65% and he will run away and cast a shield on himself he does this again at 35%. After he does this adds will appear, the tank should pick them up and stand near the boss. The rest of the group should spread out around the boss and wait for the bombs to start dropping. They take a few seconds to arm and during this time they can be picked up and thrown at the boss to break his shield and give stacks of Detonate. It will also kill the small adds on the tank if he's close enough. Hit him 20 times and kill him. Achievement earned!

Despite the achievement text you can have more than 20 stacks on him.
