With a decent calculation, the number of starting area quests are approximately 10 where you get Level 5 without heirlooms. If you are a dedicated quester while you level, you will get this achievement before Level 12-13

Not that it's much worth talking about, but it seems to be bugged atm. Got it with lv 3 or 4 on 2 alts recently after ~ 10 finished quests...

I used to be so confused when I got this at level five after just a handful of quests, but now I've realised why, I feel quite daft - battle pet quests are account wide, so if you did thirty of them on your main, a new character would be on 30/50 of the way towards this achievement.
