Aw hell yes! Getting a solid gap-closer at long last, until now I've had to use Judgment for the speed boost then repentance to get up close quickly. is actually rather effective...but this'll be much easier for sure!

Has anyone else had a problem with this effecting the target?I only see them being judged with this sometimes.

This ability is ridiculously good against the rare enemies of Pandaria (Glorious!)

Hozen : Nudge to the left or right to avoid the Bananarang, either Hammer of Justice the Going Bananas or stay at a long range to avoid getting landed on. Toss Filth doesn't do much damage, but if it stacks up too high you can use Hand of Protection or Divine Shield to make it fall off.

Mantid : Slightly more difficult. Stay out of range of Blade Flurry and stay away from roaming Tornados. Unfortunately, they use Windsong which removes the snare, so either use Hammer of Justice, Hand of Protection or Divine Shield to avoid taking any damage, or just tank the damage and heal up while he uses the other abilities or when Windsong falls off so you can kite him again.

Mogu Sorcerer : Can't be kited due to being a caster, but they're incredibly easy anyway as long as you move away before they finish casting Void Cloud. Interrupt the Shadowbolt when you can with either Rebuke or Hammer of Justice. Remember that you can use Divine Protection or Devotion Aura to decrease your damage taken by their spells, and you can use Divine Shield in an emergency.

Mogu Warrior : Keep them far enough away that their Devastation Arc can't hit you. Their Titanic Strength won't matter if they can't hit you. When they Summon Quilen, you can actually just ignore the Quilen. For some reason, they seem particularly slow (or perhaps they use the same movement speed as the Mogu?) so they never actually reached me, either.

Pandaren : Keep them at a distance, but don't get so far away that they use Chi Burst. During Spinning Crane Kick they are immune to snares, but they can be outrun regardless if you're moving forward or strafing instead of backpedaling. Be ready to interrupt Healing Mists, however, which they seem to use shortly after the spin. You likely won't be able to use Hammer of Justice (since it can't be used during the global cooldown) so you'll have to run in close for a fast Rebuke.

Saurok : Difficult, but possible. Don't get so far away that he just pulls you back in with Grappling Hook. Eventually, he will Vanish. Ensure that your health is as high as possible during this time, since they use Smoked Blade if you can't break their stealth. You have two options for avoiding this: the talent Light's Hammer or using Divine Storm at exactly the right moment (you can get a feel for this after a while, but I still recommend having your health as high as possible so you can take a hit). If you've been kiting him, you won't have any stacks of Vicious Rend so you should be able to take the hit and heal it while kiting afterwards, anyway. Remember that you can use Hand of Protection or Divine Shield to make it fall off as well as avoiding the damage of the smoked blade, if you're low and he stealths and you're without options to break his stealth or don't want to risk it.

Yaungol : The easiest. Just don't get so far away that they use Rushing Charge and you're fine. Yaungol Stomp is short-range and is a great opportunity to reposition yourself for more kiting, and Bellowing Rage snares them for you.

Jinyu : Useless. They can't be kited, and unlike the Mogu Sorcerer, these are incredibly difficult since their Water Bolts do a lot of damage and they can't be interrupted since you pretty much have to save all of your interrupts for Torrent since otherwise it will kill you, barring Divine Shield or extremely heavy healing combined with Divine Protection or Devotion Aura. The Rain Dance is also annoying; while they can be stunned out of it, it's also possible to dodge the water droplets. Still a pain, though.

All in all, Burden of Guilt makes 6 out of 8 rare spawn types (5 if you don't count the Mantid due to their Windsong) completely soloable and in most cases actually very easy, provided you have enough Hit to succeed in landing the Judgments in the first place. The main difficulty comes from (a) finding the rare spawn before someone else does, and (b) avoiding pulling additional enemies into the fight. However, most of the rare spawns are near open areas, and many of them have an exceptionally long leash radius so you can bring them to a nice, open, quiet area as soon as you pull them.

"Evil is a Point of View": I can't decide if I love the name of this talent or I hate it.
Paladins are supposed to be on the side of truth, justice, and the Azerothian way. Moral relativism just doesn't fit the motif.
However, we see that there are individuals that wield the Holy Light that aren't bastions of virtue (i.e. Scarlet Crusaders). Similarly, who's on the side of justice when the Alliance and Horde send paladins to fight one another?

Most of the comments on this page for spell 110301 are regarding this talent's previous name, Burden of Guilt. Blizzard seems to have kept the spell ID but changed the name/effect

on 5.3 the tooltip reads:

on the 5.4 PTR it reads:

Requires level 30

Your Turn Evil now also affects Humanoids and Beasts.

This talent is unusable in 5.4 when it's unlocked while leveling. The spell it modifies now Turn Evil is unlocked at 46.
Perhaps stating the obvious, though I feel it's a bad thing having to wait 16 levels to use a talent.
