Impending Victory is a tier 2 (level 30) talent in the revamped Mists of Pandaria Warrior talents, and competes with Enraged Regeneration and Second Wind.

Essentially, the talent allows you to use Victory Rush whenever you want instead of waiting on XP/honor killing blows. This is great if you're wanting to get more use out of the Glyph of Enduring Victory.

There's a bit of important information missing in the tooltip:

If you use this in the 20 second window after killing an enemy that yields experience or honor it doesn't cost any rage.

So this talent essentially transforms Victory Rush into a more versatile version that is usable every 30 secs with a 10 rage cost and 10% healing (instead of 20%) in addition to its current functionality.

Just in case anyone is wondering why the icon on this page for Impending Victory says 20% rather than 10% : They're showing you the icon with the glyph of Impending Victory on (Who knows why- can cause confusion.)

This is by far the worst healing talent in the game, ah wait.. make that the worst healing ability in-game...
Impending Victory vs Death Strike (it aint rocket science), 30 second overly long cooldown high rage-cost, crappy damage to blow a global-cooldown upon, there is virtualy no advantage whatsoever for anyform of player to grab this over Second Wind, with exception of below.

The only real plus to this ability on its entirety is the simple fact that on lower-levels before you gain enough
health to benefit from second-wind (level 50-) this is what you go for, as truly... Enraged Regeneration is
almost totaly entirely useless anyhow.

This talent seems weak for protection warriors with Item - Warrior T15 Protection 2P Bonus.

When you use IV after the 2 piece bonus proc occurs, the cooldown of IV is applied.

It seems like IV doesn't often get a chance to be used between the time it comes off cooldown and the time when the 2 piece proc occurs, if the 2 piece proc doesn't occur while IV is on cooldown.

I've found this to be great for soloing PVE content. Although Enraged Regeneration can give you 40% health (assuming enraged) every minute, this can give you more assuming you're fighting enemies that grant experience. Combined with Glyph of Victorious Throw, it makes a decent pull to ensure you're topped off.

Oh, and you can use it on critters for some quick health if you killed everything else in the area!
