This amazing necklace rewarded from a series of quest will serve you well even when you reach level 70. The quest for this is available for both factions which starts in Stonebreaker hold if you are Horde and Allerian Stronghold if you are alliance. You should be able to pick up the starting quest at level 62. It is definitely worth completing since it gives a significant amount of exp and rep with the lower city.

For Alliance players, the questline starts from https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/quest=10863

There will be 6 follow-up quests to do which are all located in Terokkar Forest. All six should be solo-able if you're level 64+ (recommended) and even easier with a group 2. The last steps are in Shattrath (the same NPC you had to spoke to from the second step of the chain).

The NPC will then ask you to slaughter wave of birds which will approach in a matter of seconds after you pick up his quest. I can't remember too much, but I don't think its solo-able, a group of 2 or 3 is recommended to complete this. After that, claim your reward :)

This neck is good damage-wise, but by the time you get it, you may also have (https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=29335), which is more than a match for this one. As an user suggests, you may have 1 for pve and 1 for pvp.

Just got this item from Doing easy quest in Shattah City, its a big chain, but well worth it.
