14% nerf to Arcane blast and 15% buff to most frost baseline spells is wild. It's a delta of 29%. I mean, it's not even a balance patch, it's just a meta breaker patch when it comes to mages. Moreover, these changes are not impactful the way you wish it could be. Mages will just switch to fire faster (=full P1 bis upgraded), instead of enjoying arcane a bit longer. And it's not like you don't know that fire will be viable early in the expansion... Fire is the only viable spec since ICC, i was pretty happy to finally be able to play something else, but well i guess blizzard wants mage to be fire. You could have just nerfed arcane blast damage by 5%, buff frost by 5%, wait 1 week and analyze the data but no. Better call the butcher when it's time to balance.Other thing, you buff the single target elemental dps and i totally agree with that. The fulmination buff will make the 4P T14 a bit more viable. But what's the point in buffing chain lightning ? Elemental doesn't need any changes when it comes to cleave.I start thinking that blizzard doing balance patch on a classic version is a terrible idea.

Dear Blizzard, I kindly ask you to reconsider how unfairly you are treating players who play warlocks. The warlock was supposed to be an OP class in MoP, and what you have done to it can only be described as flushing it down the toilet. There are not many warlock players, and yet you add even more disappointment by ruining the warlock class further.I kindly ask you to reconsider your behavior and actions, because one of our officers (being one of the few people in this game who actually plays a warlock) nearly lost his mind seeing what you have done. I hate what a boner Blizzard has for lightning bolt. They really really hate lavaburst so they only ever buff lightning bolt until you never use lavaburst anymore just like in retail. So fun guys.Whats the problem with just buffing flametongue weapon? That is a flat buff to everything. They can do it on shadow and boomkin.Also a 10% lightning bolt buff is like a 3% overall buff. Ele probably needs more than that, its the worst spec atm. Especially when frostmage, which is already better than ele, gets a 7% buff. But mage is the hero class and Blizzard hates hybrids. Always will be.
