Why not just make the quest give you 1 chip + however many chip you are missing?You have 3 and should be at 7? Then then quest gives you 4. Wow.

insane it took this long, this seems like such an easy thing to do. The fomo and timegating this patch has been abhorrent esp in an expansions where alt play is a main focus.
