This fix would only be applied upon relogging if a character was online at the time the hotfix was deployed. No additional steps are necessary.

If anyone is still having issues, it would be helpful to note that in a reply here with the impacted character’s name and server.

You have to log out, log onto a different character, then log out and go back to the original character.
