Death-Defying Horadric Jewel No Longer Available in Hardcore Diablo 4 Season 9

Diablo 4 Season 9 is set to release soon, and based on PTR feedback, Blizzard has announced additional tuning to many Horadric Jewels!
Of biggest note are buffs to
Reverie Horn
, which summon-based builds will be taking advantage of, as well as a slight nerf to
Idol From Below
, which many builds were eyeing as a generically good pick.

Reverie Horn
Summon Damage Increased from 30% to 50%
Liminal Echo
This Horadric Jewel no longer drops when playing in hardcore.
Idol From Below
Maximum Life reduced from 8% to 6%
Jewel Guardians generated by Idol from Below can no longer appear in Training Grounds or after a Dungeon’s objective has been completed. They now also spawn at specific intervals as opposed to two random times.
Spark of Creation
Primary Resource gain reduced from 10 to 5
