The proc is the same amount on this as it is on the regular dancing steel. One could assume that, since "Bloody" is in the name, you might buy this with conquest in patch 5.3, considering the coming PvP changes.

It will NOT reduce profit from enchanters, since it costs the original scroll. That scroll, ladies and gentlemen, is still made by enchanters.

In short; same enchant with the same cost, but with badass 2.2k visuals.

As of 5.3, Hot fix May 22nd
Enchant Weapon - Spirit of Conquest is now soulbound.
Enchant Weapon - Bloody Dancing Steel is now soulbound.

You can still buy this enchant if someone purchased it before the hot fix. Check the auction house or trade, you might still find one.

For anyone interested in attaining this visual effect that doesn't have the PVP prowess to attain 2200 rating, try checking the Black Market Auction House. From time to time it is listed there.

Requires battleground rating of 2200 or personal and team arena rating of 2200.

Not sure why this isn't stated anywhere here.

Hey everyone

This may seem like a stupid question but if I were to get a carry to a 2.2k arena rating on my main, buy this enchant and put it onto the BoA 2-hand sword and send it to a 24 twink, Would the enchant still be there?

Does anyone know if you use this enchant with the regular dancing steel enchant on dual wielding toons if it will produce an additional buff or simply refresh the duration of the buff like it does when you use two regular dancing steel enchants would be a sick burst potential if it produced and additional buff from time to time :)

Just an FYI.. at lower levels Mongoose is the better enchant for agility classes, and Crusader for Str classes. Both proc the same RPM but for almost twice as much.

Mongoose, for example procs for 90 agility and 22 haste, vs 62 agility from dancing steel. (confirmed with a lower level guild member (level 30)

Now, consider that you probably will not be using your BoA weapon one you hit level 77 and can get cata or MoP shortly after... and the dancing steel doesn't become any better until about level 71 (?) mongoose is the way to go. At level 61 (?) mongoose hits 120 agil and 30 haste. (could be level 70 though, its been awhile since i was that level so cant remember.)

So let's say I got to 2200 and then went down to 2180. Is there an achievement saying I can still buy this or do I have to be 2200 at the time of purchase?
