Placeable target dummies? Great addition to the game, especially for theorycrafters. Finally a way to do controlled testing of game-mechanics with any number/placement of targets. :)

I am interested to see this used in raids to pre-build rage and other resources. Yes, it would only work outdoors, but several raids have had outdoor areas in the past.

Solved this today, and to my delight when I put it down he motivates you while you dps!
In the 5 minutes that he was up he said the following phrases at random, some more than once. I do not know if this is all the phrases. When he comes off cooldown i shall see if he says anything new :3 {edit: added "Bring it on, Jerk"}
Also, there is no buff which displays how much longer he will be spawned which annoyed me slightly, seeing as it has a very long cooldown.

"You're not very good at this torture thing."
"Oooh. Mr. Big Mean Mogu. I'm so scared"
"Is that supposed to hurt?"
"That doesn't even tickle."
"That all you got?"
"You want a piece of me?"
"Ow. That really hurts. Not."
"Bring it on, Jerk."

I think this is legitimate question and really wonder the differences myself. The tooltip for the turnip implies that is emulates a HC dungeon boss, and is SKULL level. Whereas this dummy is 93 fixed, the same as raid bosses. Could it be inferred then that this anatomical dummy is to emulate raid bosses and the turnip to emulate HC 5 man bosses?

(Please don't downvote, ill try to update this post with you answers if anyone got some clear info.)

An anatomical model of a Pandaren. It was used to document torture techniques.

Rare and Epic Archeology items usually have a hearty paragraph of favor text. But this item? Straightforward, to the point, and knowing what we know so far of the Mogu, chilling.

But the worst part, especially when coupled with the taunting, is the now-familiar color of this anatomical model. Amber.

Activated at Sunsong Ranch after solving it and it became a friendly, so I wasn't able to attack it, even though it's a target dummy. But it still says the taunts while its up.

For what it's worth, it doesn't work on the Isle of Thunder. Apparently Blizzard doesn't consider that "outdoors in Pandaria."

It can get to 1 HP, but doesn't die. Had a whole bunch of people attacking it today but it never want past 1% and eventually just disappeared. :)

It's somewhat possible to place this indoors, as long as your character is standing outdoors.
What I mean is that if you're standing directly outside of an indoors area, say the entrance of the Shrine(both Alliance and Horde), you can place the dummy INSIDE the shrine as long as you're standing outside.
