Where do you get this lvl of poison? All I seem to find in the cities is the lvl 10 version

As of the 5.0.4 patch all poisons for rogues have turned into grey vendor trash. They can no longer be obtained from vendors, though poison vendors do still appear on your mini-map if selected; they just don't actually vend poison. If you had these in your inventory they still exist, and you might want to hold onto one of each as a collector's item.

You *can* still obtain them if you didn't have any before the patch. They still can be found inside pick-pocketed junk boxes, particularly Heavy Junkbox.
