I found it at 32,30 in Dread Wastes - outside on the side of the rocks - not inside a cave.

The necklace is in the Amber Encased Necklace which is a small amber coloured rock on the floor (it does sparkle but it is tiny).

I submitted a screenshot showing the group of rocks where the amber is and the surrounding area (edit 14-11-12 - seems my screenshot has gone now but there are a couple of good ones).

This neck is found in this object. Amber Encased Necklace It's found in the middle of the three small grey rocks, specifically between the two closest to the water. I'm posting an accompanying screenshot showing the actual item.

Can someone please tell me if you have to wait for it to spawn first? I went to this location and examined the rocks in the screenshot but it wasn't there.

Found this in Dread Wastes clustered in with a few rocks at (32.9, 30.1). Fairly easy to spot since it's dark orange (amber) in color compared to the surrounding rocks. You can see the comparison Here.

Sprite's Cloth Chest (3:37am 10/31/12 Found within the Pranksters' Hollow cave in Eastern Kun-Lai Summit. You can find the location easily by finding the Needle Sprite's outside the cave. The chest is located at the very end of the cave near the two Perma-Dead sprites.

An awesome way to keep track of hunting these treasures (and anything else, really) if you have TomTom is to change your ‘Clear waypoint distance’ settings for TomTom to 0 (via the Interface option). This makes your waypoint permanent until you right click the point and select ‘Remove Waypoint’. Just keep in mind that you’ll have to define the waypoint location to a specific area and define what you’re looking for. For example: /way Dread Wastes 28.8 41.9 Blade of the Poisoned Mind

Add as many as you like and they won’t disappear each time you pass over them. You can also drag the Waypoint Arrow that’s in the middle of your screen to an area that’s less annoying since it’ll pretty much be there until you clear all your waypoints. Hope this helps!

Clicked Amber Encased Necklace and no loot. It still counted for Is Another Man's Treasure but sad that I didn't get the item to go with it. Just a heads up that it's possible to not receive anything. Happy hunting!

Click amber encased necklace, to see the wow map on exactly where it is located. very easy to find, if your having trouble, look at the screenshots as well. don't make the mistake I made, just took the coordinates and when to "dread wastes", I actually when to Zenyes, where at these coordinate, they have a similar place with amber and everything, very tricky, so make sure you are on the main land of Dread Wastes.

Note that you can NOT click it to save it for a friend, you may manual loot it, but once you close you loot window it will disappear and you will not receive any loot.
