Confirmed: This trinket DOES proc for Discipline priests, and works fairly well for Atonement healing.

At the moment one of best trinkets i can get my hands on it. ( i am not raiding hardcore to get the most advanced ones )
The amount of DPS i am getting as destruction warlock when i benefit from the proc is insane.
i highly recommend it.

This can be bought from Mistweaver Ai for 50000 Timeless Coin. He is found around the east side of the Celesial Court on the Timeless Isle (new 5.4 area).

It is the only way to get a "Timeless" trinket of 535 item level, as Burden of Eternity cannot be used on Timeless Curio.

At first I thought this was a really good item to get... but on closer inspection, it seems awful. Sure is has some static Int, BUT an almost 2 min CD, then it's a 15% chance at a proc? So, AFTER the 1:45 we could go 10 spells w/o a proc. MUCH better off spending ther 50k Coins for a Burden to upgrade another piece of gear I think, ESPECIALLY as they nerfed the monkey and his chests (buddy spent about 28k coins and got 2 Burdens BEFORE the nerf).

I just tried this out as a RESTO DRUID, "for science"

It does NOT procc from Nature's Vigil damage.
It DOES procc from moonfire ticks (i.e planting 2-4 moonfires when its off cooldown lands you a heavy chance of a procc)

The buff it proccs has spell id 146218, Yu'lon's Bite

Realistically speaking it is weak in terms of procc (pure crit, doesnt really benifit resto druids) compared to other healing trinkets, but if you dont have other trinkets, or you still use 522 ones, a 2/2 will provide 1,785 intellect and aligning the procc with a Tranquility is easily done (it will effectively NEVER procc unless you start moonfiring).

Monk Healers

This trinket will not proc off of Mistweaver melee abilities. Jab, Tiger Palm, Blackout Kick, and Spinning Crane Kick don't trigger it.

I've yet to see it trigger off of Chi Burst, either. It could be because it doesn't count as a "spell", or because the proc rate is 15% and just far too low for a spell that has a 30 sec cooldown and only hits once.

I can confirm that it procs off of the following:

Zen Sphere
Zen Sphere: Detonation
Chi Wave
Expel Harm
Chi Torpedo
Crackling Jade Lightning

If you use ZS or CW, you should be using them often, so you have a good chance to proc Yu'lon's. As well, Crit is a nice proc for Mistweavers, who tend to stack it after they hit their chosen haste cap.

So it would work fairly well for Mistweavers, as long as they're taking Zen Sphere/Chi Wave or committing to the Lightningweave rotation. If you have Chi Burst and you're thinking about trying Yu'lon's Bite... don't.

Only one thing: you'll need to change the dropdown menu to say "All" instead of "Monk" at the vendor in order to purchase it.

Druid Healers

Bluesius below says that while Moonfire can easily proc the trinket, Nature's Vigil won't. Unfortunately, the crit doesn't make it very appealing to restoration druids.

Priest Healers

Espoire and Iagwtf below confirm that this works for Atonement healing. Iangning confirms it procs off of SW:P as well, putting it in the same boat as resto druids activating it through Moonfire.

I went for this trinket out of curiosity and with an ICD same as all the other trinkets in SoO that wasn't an issue for me. As a fire mage, this trinket procs just as often as every other SoO trinket and lines up perfectly with my PoM and Combustion everytime!

i572 Disc Priest at 10/14 heroic SoO and yet I still have this equipped in my 2nd trinket slot... The 1785 int adds almost 1% passive crit, and the proc adds 18% crit for a lengthy 20sec (this is equivalent to 3% static crit). I am at about 45% crit raidbuffed. This trinket and Archangel can easily push me to 75-80%. My other trinket is a Heroic Sha trinket for amplified crit damage/healing.

EDIT: And on 4/2/2014, I finally get a Siegecrafter mana trinket to drop (i567 no less!) so I'll probably have to retire this great, great little trinket. Gonna hold onto it for now, though.

EDIT2: As of 5/21/2014, this trinket is now upgradeable to i551, offering 1923 int with a 20-second proc for +19.25% crit.
