Speaker Gulan on the Timeless Isle sells this mount for 500 x Bloody Coin.

To acquire Bloody Coin you must acquire the Censer of Eternal Agony for 1000 x Timeless Coin from Speaker Gulan.

Then you must use the item which will flag you for PvP, take away 90% of your health and allow you to kill players of both the Alliance and Horde! When you kill players in this state, you are granted Bloody Coin. You can only use this item on the Timeless Isle.

Note: An easier way to do get this mount is to use the Fire-Watcher's Oath which can be bought from the same vendor and it only costs 100 x Timeless Coin which gives a 100% chance for a Bloody Coin per killing blow in PvP and this can be used outside the Timeless Isle as long as you're in PvP combat. You can easily farm coins now from battlegrounds.

In case you're wondering, if you use the new flex raid set, you will have more offensive status / defensive than the new pvp set(tested =( )

Unless blizz fix Wpvp, dont even bother grinding a pvp set to get this one, it will not worth.

Just a trick i found... if you have a shaman friend who has the glyph to get four totems, you can just spam kill their totems to farm coins.

The only people I've seen with this mount are Feral Druids and Rogues.
Stealth is way too good for farming those bloody coins.

Really makes me upset, because the second Timeless Isle becomes outdated, it will be impossible to get this mount.

Finally got this mount with my PvE geared hunter from a PvE realm a few days ago.

At first, i just turned Track Humanoids on and was running in circles around the Isle in hopes of meeting a random guy, who has pvp turned on for whatever reason. Obviously, it didn't go very well and the process was happening way too slow.

Then, i've tried to join a blood coin farming group via Oqueue, but it didn't go much better - yeah, you're on a PvP server and kills are happening at a faster pace, but the chance of you delivering a killing blow is very little.

Then, i did something that most of you would consider a jerkish move, but at that time i didn't really see other options. Yeah, i was trying to force people to PvP. Was standing on their mobs and rares while riding a Grand Expedition Yak. My actions didn't block the access to the said mobs and rares, but they've brought a possibility of a random missclick, which some people were falling for.
However, i was trying not to annoy people too much - if i failed to make someone go PvP after standing on one or two mobs of theirs, i was usually moving on to find a different target. The only exception was when someone started to /spit on me or talk crap from the very beginning. In that case, i felt they deserve a little more attention.
All in all, things started to get better this way, but for obvious reasons i was receiving a lot of hate from people. Some even started to gather into small groups for the sole purpose of camping me.

Then, i decided to try out a different tactic, which proved to be the most efficient. I've started to join the world boss groups via Oqueue (for the purpose of getting into a PvP realm), and, while the raid was gathering and then doing its thing, i was doing my own thing. In most cases, the raid didn't notice me and even if it did, people didn't really care. Sometimes i was getting lucky - after the raid is over and the group disbanded, some people were going offline instead of leaving the group, so i was able to stay on a PvP realm for as long as i wanted.

So, my advice to those who reside on PvE realms, want to solo farm coins, and is looking for the most efficient way to do it - either find a friend who has an alt on a PvP realm or, if that's not an option, start joining the world boss groups like i did.

The mount of a thousand thousand tears. Earning this mount on a PVE server and to a lesser extent PVP servers will earn you not only this beauty of a mount but the ire of many. /1 Will fill with hate as you prey upon the hapless players you will defeat on your way to glory.

Ugly mount. 500 coins and only got it because I'm an achievement ^&*!@. Will never use. Anyone who pretends this mount is pleasing to the eye has no other mount worth riding.

(Edit) coins are no longer nerfed. they have been buffed in a way that makes everyone happy.

The censer and the oath.
The censer is now a 1h cooldown but has otherwise remained unchanged. The oath can now be used anywhere but ONLY on the opposing faction. (Unless you are on the isle and using both items- then it will work on your faction.)
UPDATE! the drop chance has been hotfixed to 100% and has no real cd. thank god.

Obtaining and cost updates
You can get all bloody coin related items from a vendor up on a hill just past huolon’s spawn point. The censer cost 1k timeless coins and the oath now cost 100 timeless coins. No other items have been adjusted in price.

Farming: where are your gods now?
Sadly healers have the short end of the stick right now. blizz is considering changing the farm to better include healers and balance things for everyone but I would not hold your breath.
UPDATE! the oath now has a 100% drop! this is now the best way to farm. go do some bgs or just spawn camp a friend y the gy.

Pve realm vrs pvp realm:
Some of us are just peaceful mount farmers who made our homes of pve severs. This will now come back to bite us. You can play really dirty if you want and stand in front of mobs and trick melee into hitting you but this is both slow and rude. I would instead highly recommend you ask a friend to invite you to a pvp server. Don’t have a pvp friend? Go to a low/medium pop pvp server on a level one (you may want to avoid high pop servers since they tend to have really good gear) and just ask around in trade for someone who is willing to invite your main to the server. Once you are in the group they can log out and let you do your thing. I bribed someone with a few battle pets and went from getting about 4 coins an hour on a pve server to about 20-30 coins on a pvp server.

Factions: to kill or not to kill
You can kill both factions but that doesn’t mean you should. It’s up to you to decide what perks and troubles you want to live with. If you kill both factions you get double the coins and double the angry players hunting you down. Big risk, big rewards. If you only kill the opposing faction you can sometimes seek assistance from other players at the cost of potential coins from your own faction’s poorly geared players. Make a macro saying something like “I am only killing ally, I’m not killing horde! Don’t kill me!” to spam in dire situations. be vocal and regularly alert newcomers to the island that you are only farming one faction and would appreciate being left alone, explaining how long the cooldown on your censer is. Help out your faction if they are in a tight spot and show them you are friendly. This will help make it a little safer for you to recuperate by the flight path.
Also don’t be afraid to just…you know…ASK players if they wouldn’t mind giving you a free kill. Some of them are really friendly.

So pretty much the best way i found to do this is by using the Fire-Watcher's Oath which is now a 100% drop on bloody coins. I'm a 579 balance druid and what i do is get the Chi'ji buff from the shrines around the isle Chi-Ji's Hope which puts me at 71% crit, and if you know how a boomy works that means i can just spam starsurges for days. Next i try to get a shell from the blue crabs along the shore. Scuttler's Shell This shell makes it so things pretty much don't aggro you unless you run into them. Meaning you can kill people in the celestial courts without worry of guards attacking you, and if you're lucky the guards will help you out in killing people if they attack you while near the guards lol. It's pretty fun, just get buffs from the isle and mess with people, i farmed for about 4 hours and had 250 coins so it works pretty well. Now keep in mind, i can chain starsurges that are hitting people for around 200k which is about 2-5 starsurges and someone is dead. This is going to be different for a lot of classes but i think the Chi'ji buff makes or breaks this strat, so just make certain you get it and you will own people. Don't forget to use items from the isle as well, you can get 5% stats from fruit that lies in the trees and such, 30% mount speed from the cranes dropped feather item, also use book of ages, the dew, and the crystals that drop from the mobs around the isle. There is also a mist from the elemental dudes over by where the ship spawns that will make you "go into the shadows for 10 seconds" which can help as a vanish if you get stuck in a tight situation. But all in all, these items should help in your endeavor to acquire this mount. Good luck and i hope i was able to help you out.

Just use Fire-watchers Oath and do random BGs. This item has a 10 minute cooldown should you die in the BG. It also has a 100% droo rate on the coins. You have to get the killing blow though so if you are a pet class you might wanna spec as a petless warlock or survival or MM as a hunter so you aren't doing so much of your dps with your pet. Def don't go demo as a lock as all the impa will steal your kills a lot.
