The head and shoulders of this set look really good, I'm not so sure about the rest of the tier to be honest.

On my server , lots of people are mixing the head and shoulders with other sets and creating a very good looking hybrid which is difficult to identify as different sets (unless you rolled a paladin and raided Firelands a lot).

It appears that the Male/Female armour discrepancy has creeped back in as on Female models, the abdominal area is exposed - perhaps Blizzard thinks that enemies won't touch the exposed areas or imbued the armour with powers so it doesn't allow the wearer to be injured over the less covered areas? Either way, this set can make wearing a nice shirt a nightmare.

I reseve judgement about Plate-wearing classes with Tunics or skirts as some may call them.
Understandably, some lore has included this and the judgement gear is a prime example of it but my paladin and DK will not be wearing tunics.

In my opinion, https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=37852# looks pretty nice on this, but the hammer that drops from Ragnaros Sulfuras, Il Pugno Spento is the winner.

I think something bigger and more flashy could have been done with this set. I do love the whole fiery/smoldering idea, though I feel the helmet and shoulders are the only real attractive parts -- not to say that the robe/dress thing isn't good looking, just not necessarily with the other parts. Also, some tabards and off-hands can really match this set.

Zoid's Firelit Greatsword looks pretty good with this set for those who want a 2H sword

Also, are there any alternative boots to go with this set? I haven't had any luck in Firelands and there seems to be no blacksmith who has the patterns to craft a pair. Nothing in the AH either. Sad face.
