I had problems getting this quest earlier tonight, and found out that having Suncrown Village (https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/quest=9138) in your quest log will prevent Courier Dawnstrider from offering this quest to you.

This is an easy Quest just follow road south out of Eversong Woods down to 46,27 this is the main village in the Ghostlands where u will find him and the flight path as well ...

Is this quest BE only?

I cant seem to get it with an UD Rogue and i have completed The Fallen Courier (https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/quest=9147).

I'm not sure, but I think if you complete Suncrown Village, then you can't get it.

Okay, if you did the quest Missing in the Ghostlands, and then did the plagued blood sample quest, and the courier still doesn't give you the quest for the bracers, it's because you have quests from Tranquillien already. Abandon those, and the courier will give you his quest.

The prereq for this quest is not necessarily "Missing in the Ghostlands"...I came across the Apothecary standing over him before I talked to the Magistrix, and she gave me a quest to get blood samples in Ghostlands. I brought those back, and talked to him then.

So if you have the quest from the Apothecary and can't get the one from the Magistrix (she won't give it to you if you've talked to the Apothecary), don't worry! You can still manage to complete and get the green bracers.

I got the quest to find the missing guy, found him and got the blood samples, but then I didn't get the letter to for this part of the quest.
