Silky Moths come in a variety of colors, rather like their Forest Moth counterparts. When clicked, they make the same soft grinding, hissing, rattling sound, as well.

The amount of hunts is not relevant, because the battles consisted out of 3 versus 3 pets, only silky moths were counted.
The battles were a combination of Forest Moths, Silky Moth, Squirrels and Rabbits.

These can also be found as adds. First Parrot I fought had a Silky Moth add. Much easier than the few listed spawn points.

This is the first time I have gotten them on the Isle of Thunder, but I did today as adds with a Swamp Croaker.

I am pretty sure I have never seen them on the Isle before, so it may or may not be part of the new patch that caused the change.
