As of 7.10.12, this pet is broken and does ~120% of normal damage. Confirmed stats at lvl 11 duel of Father Winter's Helper and lvl 11 Lil'Deathwing.

Opening bombs: ~300 frost damage frost bomb by FWH, ~360 dragonkin damage by L'D. Both bombs apply stun, so damage is supposed to be equalized. But that randomness would be tolerated if not for basic attacks.
Next turn: LD uses Tail Sweep, I use Call Blizzard.
Next turn: LD uses Tail Sweep(same damage, double attack due to attacking second) - 160+60, no weather\racial bonuses. FWH uses Ice Lance - ~100+50 damage(2nd attack from Chilled).

Got matched with this person 3 times, all show same results. Again, no racial disadvantage on either sides and no Dragonkin bonus of damage for 25% hp(fresh fight).

Whether it is a bug or inteded benefit for CE people - pointless to PvP.

Similar bug is attributed to Ragnaros' melee swing. GG to this who have these pets, good luck to those who don't.

Edit: Figured that it's his 40% trade of speed into power stat allocation. Many pets have personal combinations, but that's so far the most evil one I've seen. Outdoes by far Mana Wyrms and Winter Helpers...

I like battle'ing with Lil' Deathwing. Most enemies never saw Elementium Bolt coming!

many people will not understand lil guy , but he is utterly devastating in pet battles(mostly against npcs), (not against players with burrow/dodge moves)

first of all, his attack stat is obscene

next of all barrel roll, increases subsequent attack damage by 25% for 3 turns,

tailsweep deals standard damage +additional if he is slower than the openent, which he typically is, the extra damage is another attack this can be good or bad depending if you need to shave off a little life to kill an enemy/cocoon strike or if they have a shell/damage reduction move up

and elementium bolt a 1 turn stun that deals damage equal to 2 attacks but takes 3 turns to activate

basically you either wanna start off with elementium bolt or barrel roll off the bat, either to get a stun/finisher rolling sooner or to get your 25% damage up sooner

the best part is.. what little attacks he gets in before hes killed.. they are so hard hitting that you will see his dragon racial activate 2-3 times before he dies.

barrel roll---> tailsweep or two---->(racial activates) toss a bolt, finish off current enemy with another sweep/barrelroll----> next enemy comes out, tail sweep/barrelroll---------> bolt lands ---> another tail sweep.. this next pet is dead, racial activates again, maybe land another boosted attack.

An excellent pet to use in PVE pet battling, where you can predict the enemy's moves pretty well. I generally stick to Tail Sweep, Call Darkness, Elementium Bolt as his move set. The great thing about it: no low damage moves and a psychotically high attack stat mean that basically every turn generates a LOT of damage. The Destroyer doesn't have much health, though, so you'll not have many moves to make the most of that damage output. Still, he was my first level 25, and I leaned on that damage output to take down grand masters for a long time

In PVP though, I've had mixed results. Basically, there are two types of PVP teams: ones made of strong all-around pets, and ones that use a particular combo or gimmick. Lil' Deathwing is great against combo teams because most of them don't have an avoid button, and the stun from elementium bolt (along with the high damage) disrupts their plans. Against all-around teams, though? Yeah, they'll probably have a way to mitigate the damage output and finish him quickly.

There is a very nice combo you can use to one hit alot of enemy pets and if it crits then it is almost an a guaranteed KO

Use lil Deathwings Elementium Bolt
Then swap out with Core Hound Pup
and use Howl

You dont have to use Corehound Pup, anything with a 100% damage increase will work. I just prefer him as he has a large amount of health so he can take a hit and start ripping sheds out of the next enemy pet.
