TBH I'm quite pissed that Alliance gets this ugly gray one and Horde gets a very vibrant red one. You'd think the Alliance one would be blue, but I guess that's too logical :)

I'm actually really happy that this is the Alliance version. Of all the Pandaria Kite varieties, this is my favorite color scheme. Love it!

Too bad getting Exalted with all of these reps will take ages... -.-

I wasn't expecting it as the Red Disc didn't have any (was expecting a kick flip of some sort).

We can have wind riders, gryphons, hippogryphs, dragonhawks, and kites... so... ALL OF the flight path mounts EXCEPT bats?

When using the kite, you get a special wind blowing sound effect like when you're sky diving or up high on a building, in other words, theres a constant sound effect of your kite cutting the air or riding the wind.

In case anyone was wondering, if you get one version of the kite, you get it on ALL your characters, including the opposite faction.

Just earned the achieve on my human, and logged over to my orc -- he had a kite as well.

I looked for it as soon as I hit the cheevo. I could not find it.

Logged out, then back in, then noticed Cho sent me a really wonderful in game mail. Voila! The Kite String.

Nice 750g sell price for alts that are getting the achievement after already having the mount - as you cannot learn it again....

It's almost worth farming the reps for all the other alts that are close to being exalted just to vendor trash it!
