UPDATE: The sell price seems to have dropped from 750g to 375g, making the new purchasing price 1,500g.

Is this like the Order of the cloud serpent mounts? How you can only ride it on the character that is exalted. I hope not =/

Oddly, the red-furred tiger with green armor is known as the Green Shado-Pan Riding Tiger, and the green-furred one with red armor is named Red Shado-Pan Riding Tiger. Usually mounts are named after their primary skin/fur/scale/paint color.

Being an orange tiger with green armor, this mount is sort of like a "Swift Zulian Tiger 2.0"!

This is one of those gorgeous mounts that really makes me hate Blizzard's obsession with covering armored mounts in *so much* armor that you can't even see the creature underneath. Not that that'll stop me from buying it the second I hit exalted, of course.

I own all three Shado-Pan Riding Tigers, and personally think this one is the nicest looking. The green/gold armor is a very nice combination indeed.

For hunters who want matching sets, pair this with Forest Huntress or some other Red Pandaren Tiger for a pet, and Darkmoon Cub for companion (close as you'll get, though not a perfect match). The Orange Pandaren Tiger is too light, but with all the armor on this one you might not be able to tell.

I'm very excited about the possibility of getting this pet! My main was originally a draeni, and I farmed rep with Darnassus to get a cat mount (which seems to no longer exist? but might be like https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=18902#screenshots:id=18080 ) - but then I switched her to a troll and my lovely cat turned in to a wolf (still better than a skeletal horse, but still)

I'm so excited that I can get my hunter a cat mount again! Eventually. (she's 86 now)
