Also sold by Commander Oxheart <Valor Quartermaster> in Dread Wastes. Costs 1250x Valor Points, WoWhead currently states it costs Justice Points which is incorrect.

As of 10/3/2012 this item was changed to require only honored reputation, which you can obtain with the Klaxxi merely by doing all of the Dread Wastes quests.

Dont buy it... Waste of Valor and its not even good!
If you hit exalted with Golden Lotus, you'll do some chain quests then you come to The Final Power and the reward is between 5 items, but making comment on DPS for Melees.. This is the reward: Ferocious Necklace of the Golden Lotus
