This healing stack with your hp. when i got it on lvl 50 i got 500 healing from it. now on 52 i get 630 healing from it.
as a rogue it can save you when you pull 1 mob too much :)

This healed me for 476 health at level 85.

I'd recommend this trinket to any non-healing class at level 50. Nice trinket indeed!

I thought this would be a great addition to my feral druid for pvp/tanking in the 50s when I got it, but it takes you out of your shapeshifted form when you use it. Since it's not on the GCD, it's not that bad though, just made a macro to pop me back into bear/cat form immediately.

I wanted to get this item for my prot pally and, from what I can figure out, you have to finish Lunk's first quest at Thorium Advance(L'incarico di Lunk) then the follow-up(Lunk non uccide).

Lunk will disappear and then appear as you kill mobs to offer you his adventure quests which are:
L'avventura di Lunk: cavalcare i ragni
L'avventura di Lunk: piccoli Nani irascibili
These can be completed while doing other quests offered by other NPCs.

He also has an adventure quest that is part of the main quest line in Searing Gorge
L'avventura di Lunk: il punto debole di Rendan
That chain will open up from the quests in Thorium Point.
I'm not sure if you need to complete the chain to get the trinket or just up until Lunk's quest in the chain as I had to go back and find the Spider quest after completing the chain to get Lunk to show up. He'll be at Thorium Point for the trinket quest, not Iron Summit as the map shows.

You can get Crit Heals, too. But there is no interval anymore. It just heals for 500 (or the critical amount).

This is a cracking little trinket, great for mid level tanking and when combined with Uther's Stregnth
