It's very useful for boss fights and those tough spots in instances, the short cooldown and decent duration on the use will ensure your groups survival =)

This trinket DOES stack with the zandalarian hero charm healing trinket, Oshu'gun, etc. It is really good combined with ZHC for earth sheild since you can pump healing up in the 2,000 area and cast it on the main tank.

Here comes 1,000 tick earth sheilds every boss :D

Might sound a bit "stupid" to use a "regen" trinket at the same time, but if you have Spi guidance or such it might be nice, provided you're sure you won't need the regen ;)

Only +spell damage trinkets created a cooldown, and that cooldown only affects other +spell damage trinkets. So, for example, you could activate 2 +healing trinkets simultaneously, or activate a +healing trinket and a +damage/healing trinket at the same time. Just not a +damage/healing trinket with another +damage/healing trinket. This was done back before BC because PoM pyro mages could activate 2 trinkets and 2-3 shot most players.

Use with https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=38288 - they don't share a global cooldown so you'll be able to use both in a macro for crazy +healing.

This is a no-brainer upgrade from the Oshu'gun Relic from a quest in Nagrand.

Amusingly, however, it's still not really better than the Eye of the Dead from Sapphiron in Naxxramas.

I'm wondering if this trinket shares a cooldown with either of those, though, since they are so similar. And if they don't share a cooldown, I wonder if the effects of both trinkets can be used at the same time.

Blizzard fixed it several patches ago that you can use +healing and/ or +damage trinkets at the same time.

When you active one of them it starts a cooldown for the duration of the effect on the other trinket. Once the cooldown is over you can use the other.
It works like that will all trinkets I tried so far, so I see no reason to believe that this one would be different.

It's still a very nice trinket though. :)

This is the best healing trinket in game its much better than naxx one beacause has more plus healing and it incrases healing by almost 300 for 20 seconds. Its a lot better than oshugon thing also thats a no brainer. The fact its the best healing trinket in game.

now try clearing naxx and looting the trinket. which is easier? that's right. if you clear naxx at 60 and get the trinket I'd expect it to be better than something from 'heroic' 5man instance.

Well I've always thought of naxx gear as almost a head start or reward on gear for level 70 for progressing that far, seeing as the naxx gear can still compare decently with kara epics sometimes.
