Speaker Gulan on the Timeless Isle sells this pet for 100 x Bloody Coin.

To acquire Bloody Coin you must acquire the Censer of Eternal Agony for 2500 x Timeless Coin from Speaker Gulan.

Then you must use the item which will flag you for PvP, take away 90% of your health and allow you to kill players of both the Alliance and Horde! When you kill players in this state, you are granted Bloody Coin. You can only use this item on the Timeless Isle.

As a hunter, I take great pride in being able to match my pet and my vanity pet, and this little guy(girl?) looks like a miniature Degu.
Degu is a taming challenge, and farming for the Vengeful Porcupette is a challenge in and of itself. It takes great tenacity to get both.
I hope to one day add both to my stables, as well as the Harmonious Porcupette/Hutia, so my Spectral Porcupette and Gumi have new playmates.

One thing I'd like to add is that while under the effects of Censer of Eternal Agony EVERYONE, including people you are in a party with, are hostile to you.
Happy hunting/murdering of people.

Personally, I think this pet should NOT be cageable. I got owned so many times obtaining this, and I want people to know that I got it the hard way! Didn't just buy it because I have the cash! Just my opinion, anyway :D

Too bad no one has any advice on how to obtain this more quickly than the painful manner of flagging pvp and killing.

I know someone was paying 500g per kill - to let them kill you so they could get their coins. I suppose payment or dual boxing / etc is going to be the fastest way to get the coins.

Also, no mention that if this method would work: Kill the same toon of a friend over and over to get coins.

Since this page does not have an average 'Buyout Price' noted by Wowhead (yet?), I thought I'd share a little information I've gathered:

I personally purchased one for 6,500 gold on US-Silvermoon realm on the AH.
Vek from WarcraftPets "got lucky and got it for 3k" from the AH - source.
Fenril, also from WarcraftPets, allegedly saw "a few on AH for 18-20K and they went fast" - source.

In all, however, it appears the cost really does vary like most auctions, depending on your server.
If you want to look at specifics, you can also search for the item on any realm of choice at The Undermine Journal website to see more prices.

999 gold, level 1 alliance - stormrage. Quite a few undercuts from the standard 3300 + for level 25 version of it, however if you feel like leveling it up yourself it's not a bad price at all, considering it's worth.
