The achievement name is a reference to the saying "When in Rome, do as the Romans do." A cursory Wikipedia check attributes the quote to Saint Ambrose, who lived in the 3rd Century AD. Essentially, act as those around you do.

~~Since the achievement refers to bowing to Unhatched, Baby, Adult, and Deceased things, that the NPCs surrounding may do the same (at least lore-wise).~~

EDIT: With the patch release, we can now see that Kroshik is the giant dinosaur that the Skumblade revere, and the whole region surrounds taking on a Saurok disguise, and Kroshik doesn't attack the Saurok, it would imply you should just act like them and revere/respect the large, terrible beast.

You can add all four versions to NPCScan to ease your life,

Kroshik advances through four phases of life ~~during a week's time~~. Each phase lasts 4 days. Yes, this means only one piece of the achievement will be up every few days. He goes through the cycle chronologically.

Kroshik (Egg) can be found as an egg. (Spawns at in the dragon skull which is also Progenitus's spawn point.)
The baby Kroshik (Baby) will hatch from the egg and can be found running around Ihgaluk Crag. (I found him walking down the path from Progenitus. He doesn't seem to pat to far from there.)
Kroshik (Mature) matures to its adult form and will circle the filth pit/pool in the middle of Ihgaluk Crag.
Kroshik (Sacrificed) will be placed on the altar at the beach and sacrificed.

On my server, Kroshik was in his mature adult phase on 5.2 launch so I do not currently have exact locations of the other phases. I will update with more information as I get it.

Updates: Day 2 of 5.2 and Kroshik is still in his mature adult stage. Day 3: Kroshik is still in his mature adult phase. Day 4: Kroshik is still in his mature adult phase. Day 5: I found Kroshik being sacrificed on the beach today (where the "Echo of Kros" boss can be summoned as noted by Paperdolls below.) I think it should be now safe to assume the "Mature" phase is 5 days. Day 6: This will be my last update for a few days. Kroshik was still in his sacrificial phase today. So I assume he will be this way for the next 2 days as well. If nothing changes, my next edit should be about the egg phase. :)

Egg is found in the mouth of the skull atop the mountain in Ihgaluk. (51.29, 71.10)

(This is the hill Progenitus spawns on for people who are used to rare killing ;))

The egg will show up after he's been dead on the beach alter for a few days. It is at 51.29, 71.06 at the top of a peak in Ihgaluk Crag. It is in in the dinosaur skull's mouth. Follow the ramp starting at 50.36, 75.57 to get there.

I must add, when the egg is close to the baby phase, to born, it moves and trembles in that skull. This way you can define how much day is up till the little guy. Usually next day is his day.

Baby Kroshik just spawned on Kil'jaeden US. Runs around the crag, I saw him walk out of a cave with a named dinopriest.

Found Baby Kroshik roaming around the coords 51.28/74.07 occansionally entering the Saurok dens as well as going around to the cliff side and up the ramp to Progenitus, but never crossing over the gap you have to jump.

Ok here are the all 4 forms of Kroshik and where you can find it.

Kroshik Egg: It is hanging on the jaw of a dinasour skull where you kill the rare Progenitus...
Baby Kroshik: It roams around the area in Ihgaluk Crag where a subset of his route includes the ramp to Progenitus and the caves beneath Progenitus.
Adult Kroshik: It roams around the pool of Ihgaluk Crag, the hardest form of Kroshik to miss :)
Sacrificed Kroshik: It is deadly layed down on the altar near to the southern shore where you use your stones to spawn the boss.

Today on SylvanasEU it is in Baby phase. It was running around Ihgaluk Crag. At the same place that you can find Magistrix Sanal for the quest Manipulating the Saurok

I was going up the ramp 2 kill Prog & ic a baby dino, looked like a cute lil companion pet till I click the lil guy & it was Baby Kroshik! Ran down the hill tagged & /bow-ed REAL quick. He was coming down the ramp from where u get 2 Prog & turned left. Walks a lil quick but not fast enough 2 not be able to tag & /bow since ur in the Skumblade disguise.

What I was confused abt is does it take 4 days as he goes from egg to baby to big to dead? Can anyone tell me?

Edit: It did take 4 days. It goes from egg to baby to full-grown to dead...& u must /bow to all forms to get the achieve. Real easy but kinda annoying to do cuz if u miss a day u might miss the form u need to /bow to.

For those whos wondering, for different realms he can be in different phases. Just tried 4 different realms with friends help, in 3 of them were in adult phase and in one was baby.

soloed Kroshik in his adult form today because i was bored and still need his baby phase for the achieve. He dropped a Partially Digested Ritual Helm. It was a stack of 5 and sold for 28g 10s 35c

Note that Kroshik's name in different phases of his life is still Kroshik,
So if you want to use macro to target him just spam /tar Kroshik
