Introduced in 5.4, Alliance and Horde Grievous sets are ilvl 522. The Alliance set was initially sold by and the Horde set by for Points de conquête. In Patch 5.4.7, they are now sold by Hayden Christophen and and cost Points d'honneur:

The Season 14 Alliance and Horde sets have switched colors for Season 15 Conquest gear so those colors aren't faction-exclusive anymore.
