Best MoP enchant for Warrior/Paladin/DK tanks so far, but i hope they will add enchant with Mastery only.

Pandaren's Step for a Paladin adds 8% movement if you don't select the Pusuit of Justice talent, which adds 15% movment plus a largely irrelevant bonus for each Holy Power that the paladin currently has.

However, Pandaren's Step does not stack with either Speed of Light or Long Arm of the Law, it just makes movement 108% of normal when either one of those two talents is not active.

There is no reason to use Pandaren's Step unless you are engaged in PvP, whether "world PvP" or otherwise, and you have selected the talent LAoTL or SoL. In the context of PvP, they are generally more useful than Pursuit of Justice, which is better for running dungeons and raiding.
