I'm actually considering this as a tank. I oftentimes pull mobs using Barkskin>Hurricane. If I could slow them down by 20%, that's another couple of ticks of Hurricane hitting the mob before I have to bear up. (But until level 80 when I get a third major, I'm choosing Frenzied Regen and Maul glyphs)

Edit: Please ignore the stupid words above. Tanks now have more than enough good majors to choose from before considering this one! :P

Question: does the slowing effect of this glyph work on Gluth's Zombie Chow?

If so, this would make a very interesting glyph for that fight...

Does this glyph set the slowing effect fore the whole casting time of hurricane? if so then it would be awesome, you could use hurricane to slow your enemys and then travelform to get away, or is it vanishing as soon as the enemy leaves the hurricane radius and makes this glyph rather useless in pvp?.

In Mists of Pandaria this glyph has been updated to include Astral Storm

OLD: Glyph of Hurricane - Your Hurricane ability now also slows the movement speed of its victims by 50%.
NEW: Glyph of Hurricane - Your Hurricane and Astral Storm abilities now also slow the movement speed of their victims by 50%.
