This ornate set uses the red (officially "Black") variant of the "Dungeon C6 Mail" artwork and constitutes a complete eight-piece set of the art. There's no official matching cloak.

Originally (in MoP), the pieces could be obtained from 宝箱 or 大宝箱, which were random MoP Scenario completion rewards. I don't think those work anymore, definitely not at higher levels.

But it's still possible to obtain an entire transmog set in Dragonflight. It can just be a lot more complicated:

Everything except the legs can be obtained (randomly) as "Venomtail" pieces from , which is a once-a-day reward for queuing for a random Mists of Pandaria Timewalking dungeon. So, when this event is up you can hit it daily with all your mail-wearing characters of suitable level, until you get all the pieces. But for some reason you can't get matching legs this way - there are no "Venomtail Legguards".
The legs are the really complicated part. You have a chance of obtaining these (and matching pieces for the rest of the set) on level 60+ mail-wearing characters, but you only have one chance per character ever, so it's it's up to luck how many characters you'll need to repeat this on. You can obtain these pieces as "Mountaineer's" gear from 满满的英雄宝箱, which is the reward from the once-ever-per-character quest, / . This quest is given by an NPC in the main chamber of your faction's Shrine in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, but your character has to be level 60 to run the Heroic Scenario to complete the quest even though the quest is offered at lower level. To access Heroic Scenarios see in the Seat of Knowledge. If you're lucky, you'll get the legs on one of your mail-wearing characters. If you fail to do so with your current character roster, the easiest way forward is probably to create new Dracthyr Evokers, since they're mail wearers and they emerge from their starting area at level ~ 60. It's still a bit of work getting them through their starting scenario, but much faster than levelling up a new character. But remember: (1) you can only have one Dracthyr per server and (2) you have to have another level 50+ character on that server before you can create a Dracthyr. So you may need to create and delete Dracthyr until you get your matching legs. Good luck!

The pieces of this set are obtained from 宝箱 which is a reward for doing a random Scenario.
The new reward for Scenarios in patch 5.1 is 大宝箱.

I've been trying to put this set together, but ever since 5.1 released I have run several hundred scenarios and seen every item drop dozens of times. Every item EXCEPT for the pants, has anyone else been able to find them? I can't tell if I'm just amazingly unlucky or if they aren't dropping anymore for some reason.

Anyone have any ideas on good cloaks to go with this set?

I've put 逐日者皇家披风 with it but the color, specially the gold accents, look a bit off. I've been thinking about giving 防火披风 a shot but it feels like it'll have too little detail to it.

I know there's plenty of red cloaks out there, its just a matter of finding the right one.
