At level 86 it says 21.98% of my health. I don't know what it's scaling off of though, why it wouldn't just be a rounded number. Spellpower I guess?

Restores 18.6% of your HP and this scales with mastery but stacking mastery as Destruction spec is useless (As of 5.0.5.) So this should stay around 20%.

Okay, I've found the scaling for the spell now.

The baseline heal is 15% of your max health. This is increased to 18,6% at baseline mastery (24%) and then further by mastery acquired through gear and buffs. At my level of mastery (49,70%) and HP (394k) it heals for 97330 health. This means that it is affected by the 10% healing increase from Fel Armor. This gives the formula 15*mastery*1,1.
In my case:

15 * 1,497 * 1,1 = 24,7005

I've been able to out heal most classes with this spell, dark regeneration, healthstone, and healing potions.

Does Ember Tap have the ability to crit at all? Just wondering if the Dwarf racial Might of the Mountain is useful for Warlocks.
Any comments to help me decide would be appreciated.

This is incorrect and needs to be fixed as it only requires 1 Burning Ember as of recent patch at least.
